Armed Security Guards

Lawfully authorized armed security personnel assigned based on site-specific risk assessments, client requirements, and applicable law.

All armed assignments operate under strict use-of-force standards and Company policy.

Special Police Officers (SPOs)

Special Police Officers commissioned under Maryland law and assigned to designated properties where expanded authority is legally authorized and appropriate.

SPO assignments are property-specific and governed by statutory authority and Company oversight.

Retired Law Enforcement Officers

Retired law enforcement officers assigned in a private security capacity, bringing experience and judgment to appropriate assignments.

Retired status does not confer law enforcement authority unless otherwise authorized by law.

Off-Duty Law Enforcement Officers (ODLEs)

Active law enforcement officers working approved off-duty assignments under Company coordination and client authorization.

ODLEs remain subject to their agency policies and Stronghold operational standards while assigned.
